Cognitive Fitness certified trainer course

The need for trainers who focus on getting and keeping the brain healthy is great. According to the Dutch RIVM, more than 25% of Dutch people have a brain disorder (source: RIVM Brain Foundation), ranging from psychological problems (depression, etc.), to chronic conditions (Parkinson's, dementia, etc.) and non-congenital brain damage (cerebral hemorrhage, trauma, etc.). ). It is precisely these groups that benefit from an integrated approach such as Cognitive Fitness, in which movement plays a central role (Trimbos Institute research). So there is still a lot to do for these target groups and Cognitive Fitness trainers can play a major role in this.

More than 300 Cognitive Fitness trainers have now been trained in the Netherlands, ranging from physiotherapists to exercise therapists.

About the training
